A few months ago I wanted a shorter haircut, so I chopped 7 inches off to my shoulders. A week later I desperately wanted my hair back lol. My hair normally grows a bit faster than the regular, but I wanted something to both help my hair grow faster and help my nails grow faster and stronger.I began taking these on the 13th of this month, and it is now the 27th and I'm amazed that I'm seeing results so quickly, mostly with my hair (I'll attach a photo - left photo is from the 11th, right photo is from today the 27th). I'm noticing that my nails are growing faster now, too (my nails usually take f o r e v e r to grow).

I haven't noticed that much with my skin, except that I'm PMSing and haven't broken out at all which is unusual, but I don't know if it's because of these vitamins or I'm just lucky this month.Anyway, I take the recommended 3 pills a day, one with each meal. I tried taking all 3 at once, but my stomach would get a bit upset afterward so I just space them out. They're not a huge pill (will attach a photo of that as well in comparison to C0stco Ibuprofen pill) and the smell doesn't bother me. I used to take those One A Day pink teen vitamins a long long time ago and to me they just kinda smell like that. It's not pleasant but it's not offensive, either.

They go down fine, don't have a weird aftertaste, haven't been burping up any weird flavors with them, lol.I think it's a good price, too, about $12 for 240 pills which, if you take 3 a day, will last you 80 days or almost 3 months.Anywho, I love these things and will continue to take them. If I remember, I'll take a photo every month and make some sort of collage to upload here so people can see the growth.
